PureSound Cable warrants all cables for lifetime from when purchased, and it will repair or at its discretion, replace without charge any cable that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Receipt from PureSound Cable is required to initiate authorization of warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover defects that are the result of an accident, misuse, and contact with solvent chemicals or malfunction caused by other audio equipment. PureSound Cable shall not be liable for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the cable, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damages. Certain states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply in some cases.
To obtain Warranty Service the cable must be returned at the buyer's expense and mailed to PureSound Cable. Include a copy of your receipt from PureSoundCable. A replacement or repaired PureSound Cable will be returned to the purchaser at PureSound Cable's expense when deemed appropriate. This warranty provides specific rights: The buyer may also have other legal rights that change from state to state.
PureSound Cable is not responsible for cable damage that is caused by user abuse or by the cable being used for what is not intended, such as an AC cord, jumper cable, use as a rope etc...
Warranty Exceptions: Warranty does NOT apply to any cable that has been self-repaired in any way. Cables with a Neutrik Silent plug will be repaired for a flat fee of $5.00 and is due at the time the claim is mailed in by check.
